The Wild Plum operates as a wellness collective, creating a home for individual healers and therapists to run their private practices. this means every time you visit the plum, whether for a facial, massage, reiki session or beauty service - you are supporting multiple small businesses in our community. after nearly 20 years in the wellness and spa industry, we have found this to be the most ethical business model, as a conscious alternative to the exploitative corporate labor model that comes with the employee/employer dynamic.
our main focus is then on creating a nurturing, healing environment, where the wild plum can serve as a rich soil to support the genuine growth and well-being of all who work here. allowing for the magic of love, support and co-creation to unfold.
andreana, licensed esthetician
Andreana is a Licensed Esthetician who has been studying and practicing skin therapy for over 12 years. She has served as an educator for the International Dermal Institute, a former Director of Education for TEI Spa Beauty, and has traveled nationally and internationally as a skin care consultant for a number of major skin care brands. She is now a practicing skin therapist in the San Fernando Valley.
In her years in the skin care and beauty industry, Andreana has gained knowledge and hands-on experience with how to treat the skin on all levels. From holistic healing to medical and science based treatments, she has seen and practiced it all.
Andreana’s chosen skin therapy method takes a holistic and science based approach to treating, healing, and respecting the skin. Andreana works with her clients to develop a skin care regimen that will create results. She is also a Reiki Practitioner and a Gua-Sha Face Sculptor, and frequently incorporates these eastern practices in to her therapeutic skin care treatments. Andreana believes in using simple yet effective methods and avoiding trends that cause injury and inflammation to the skin, while still achieving the best results.
Outside of the treatment room, Andreana is a wife and a mother of 2 who loves hiking, yoga and traveling with her family.
